Poached Salmon and Prawn Cocktail – served with a mixed leaf salad and marie rose sauce

Luxury Chicken Liver Pate with Cointreau and Orange – served with plum chutney and warm toast

Chickpea Falafel with Cranberry and Orange Salad – dressed with lemon, lime and coriander

Main Courses

Traditional Cumbrian Roast Turkey – with sage and onion stuffing, ‘pigs in blankets’, roast potato and gravy

Hoisin and Plum Glazed Roast Ham – with apricot gravy and roast potato

Fillet of Herb Crusted Salmon – with prawns and a white wine seafood sauce

 Chicken with Orange and Tarragon – supreme of chicken in a sauce of orange, tarragon and cream

Goats Cheese, Spinach and Chestnut Wellington – with a mushroom, white wine and cream sauce flavoured with chives

The above main courses are served with fresh vegetables and twice fried chips or new potatoes

Traditional Christmas Pudding – with brandy sauce

White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake – with a raspberry coulis and fresh cream

Brandy Snap Basket – with vanilla ice cream and blackcurrants in Cassis
